I closed my account due to bad customer relations and service issues. Crown, missed a “Ready by” date, then lied about it, and then missed their follow-up date? They have chipped buttons on my shirts, and broken zippers on our slacks, even scorched collars and plackets…some were acknowledged and some were not, and I could live with that… but I had a special event i needed my laundry for, explained why, was assured it would be done (6 days later) I went to pick it up, and was given multiple reasons why it wasn't done, from l... read more

Our comforter had an odd odor after picking it up. We ended up taking it to another dry cleaners to get the odor out. Not sure what it could have been. With all the clothes I have had cleaned I never experienced that before.

Hated to pay $8 for cleaning a sweater whose spot couldn’t be removed.

Basia, I'm the one that waited on you when you dropped off the sweater. I specifically mentioned to you that I didn't think the stains would come out and that they appeared to be old. You stated that the value of the sweater was at least worth trying to work on the stains. I think that this is an unfair review.
I paid $67.63 to have a man's suit and semi-formal top beaded dress with beaded jacket dry cleaned on 10/26/21 at Crown Cleaners in Knoxville, TN. On 10/12/20, I paid $39.01 to have the exact same items dry cleaned at that location. That's a $28.62 increase over a 12 month, 2 week period, which is equal to a 73.37% price increase! Was done hours before they said it would be done by.
Their prices excessively high for the services they offer. They are higher than in large cities like Atlanta and Dallas and Tampa where I lived before. I do not recommend them at all.
