I left a 2 piece suit on Northshore Dr to be cleaned. The lapel was pressed wrong. It was pressed below the buttons and when I took the plastic bag off, it was immediately noticeable. He had to wear the suit that day and could not button it because it didn't close correctly. I called Northshore and she told me to take it to the Kingston Pike location so they could fix the problem. Friendly staff, shirts nicely done, liked the email about when to pick up the shirts.
New customer and felt welcomed both at drop off and pick up. Wore the first item cleaned last night and pressed to perfection.
Rose at the Northshore Drive location is the best. She’s been helping me for over 20 years now! I still go to see her even though I moved from Knoxville to Loudon 10 years ago, Crown Cleaners does excellent work too. Never had one single issue in all these years.

The staff at Crown Cleaners is just amazing. Your the only ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ in Knoxville. After living in Northshore area and using alteration service at Crown Cleaners at Northshore Location I was more than impressed as my alterations were completed before promised -done perfectly AND cost 1/2 of what I had been paying for same services in Bearden. I had an expensive jacket dry cleaned, and unfortunately, the lining in it didn’t seem to be dry-clean safe regardless of the manufacturer tag saying it was. Don, the owner of Crown, called me immediately and explained the situation. He was so kind and worked with my personally to figure out a solution.
