The manager was aware and addressed issues of concern for lack of communication between me and staff members on my dry cleaning task. He explained the situation of being unable to clean one item, and corrected an inadvertent overcharge. As a customer, it is rare to experience eagerness to perform a service at this level and I was impressed.
The girls at the Northshore location are the SWEETEST girls on earth. I always love going in dropping off or picking up my dry cleaning. They make me feel like they REALLY are happy that I come in and do business with them. Great quality work and good pricing as well.

The cleaning is great. There is a dog in the Northshore location. I am allergic to dogs.
