Great first time experience. After drop-off, I received an email notification on how to set up an optional online account. Received an email when the order was ready for pick-up (on the day promised). Great afternoon hours with a drive-thru for an easy pick-up. Fair price for my material cleaned. Nice employees on drop off and pick up. I couldn't really ask for anything more :)
Friendly and professional, the staff worked with my need for a quick turnaround expertly! First time using Crown Cleaners, but they will be my dry cleaners from now on!
Not sure what the problem was but I never heard the status of the service (repair of 2-pr trousers). However, when I finally called was told that trousers were done. It would appear that a most excellent job was done (replacing zippers). Moreover, the price was extremely reasonable. Although I do not live that close to CC, I now plan to use CC for regular dry cleaning services too.
Employee was very friendly...I almost walked out without getting my laundry...she didn't let me walk out without it!

I was first told that it would take 4 days to process 3 dress shirts. Upon further questioning I was told I could get back the next day. What gives?
