This is inexplainably the most expensive dry cleaners in Knoxville. At almost 70% more than I have ever paid in my life to have my shirts pressed, I will never be back and will steer others to businesses that treat folks fairly even if they are located in “exclusive” west knox. Im sure my dollar or experience doesnt matter based on the apathetic conversation i had when i questioned the high price of services.

Everything was great from the initial drop off, communication, and pick up.
The zipper on my jacket is very uneven. It has ripples when it is fully zipped up. I’m not really sure what to do to get this situation fixed because there is no policy stated on the receipt. Please let me know how I can get this fixed
I had a hard time finding someone to replace the zipper on my utility jacket and your ladies did a great job of just adding the pull. Everyone else said it clouldn't be done without replacing the whole zipper. Thanks again for a great job.

I am a first time user and and was surprised by some of the additional touches such as the sleeve clips and collar protectors. Very nicely done.
