Staff was prompt in receiving the clothes. She was friendly & courteous. Pick up was done quickly as well.

Took my winter coat in to get it cleaned, when I picked my coat up it smelled horrible. They did not even cleaned my coat, looks like it was tumble dry in a dryer and put into a plastic cover. Horrible service, the manager has no customer service skills, she seems to careless. Awful cleaner.
