I have had 4 bad experiences with this cleaners. I wish it were not the case. It is hit or miss. When they get it right, it is right. But the wrong times make it where I cannot trust the process. This last time, I took at coat in to be pressed. This is a new coat. It came back with 2 buttons off the coat and only only one button accounted for. How does that happen? Why was I not told this when I picked up the coat. I only found out when I got home and took it out of the plastic to put it on for an event. When I went back, t... read more
