Was told one price; dry clean pants and wash shirt for under $10. Then picked up and told it's a uniform (HS ROTC) and charged $14.

My husband’s Nordstrom ( excellent quality) white shirts came back creased and wrinkled. We requested heavy starch but it looked like medium starch. One shirt was so poorly pressed where the buttons are that he will not wear it. Half of the shirts were brand new and never worn so they should have looked pristine. We were sorely disappointed. We will not return. We came to you because of your ratings so we don’t understand why the poor service.

I took a leather jacket to you because of all the hype on your website about how great you are with leather garments. The jacket now looks worse that it did before. When I commented on this the assistant was totally unconcerned and said leather can’t really be cleaned. Said y’all just put chemicals on it and that’s it.

I thought the sign in the window for pressing a garment $2.98, was misleading since I was subsequently was told that a dress pressed was about $6.00! Confusing!! Need to clarify! Personnel were professional!

I brought in a pair of black women's dress slacks for an important business meeting. When dropped off they just needed to be cleaned and pressed. I didn't notice until I was getting dressed that the bottom of the right leg had been melted and ruined. I had only worn these pants a couple of times.....so I paid you to ruin a new pair of pants and left myself in a bind to find something else to wear.
