Trying your shop looking for a new cleaner pick up my clothes spot on sleeve will be be ready next day Went to pick up an they said need more time could they not call and let me know I drove all the way over there

I am not happy with your dry cleaner I asked the young lady how much would five sweaters cost ? and I was quoted $22 and I end up paying $28 matter of fact I wrote it down on the receipt what I was quoted which was $22 that is definitely not good business practice.

Refused to clean black & white dress without a waiver. Didn’t call us just told us when we arrived to pick up. Easily could have been addressed when dropped off. Now we either sign waiver or take to another cleaner.
I went in there to have some buttons sewed on two pairs of shorts. I was told it would only be one hour. I came back to pick them up and tried to pay for this service, but was told there would not be a charge. I have been taking my clothes to another place , but will now be using Comet at Bitters and Blanco.
The comforter came back looking worse than when I brought it in. It was wrinkled, torn on a seam and the ties were all wrinkled. Not what I should expect.

I was treated well, and I was able to pick up cleaning at my convenience. Very professional and my clothing is always dry cleaned professionally.
I dropped off a large number of my clothes for dry cleaning and was not able to pick up the laundry on time. They kept my clothes and were very professional and patient until I could pick up my dry cleaning. A very pleased customer 😀 👌.

I took 7 pieces. 6 were women's button up shirts, 1 was a man's. Why was the woman's shirt almost 2 times the cost of the man's shirt? That makes no sense. I've been told its because the woman's shirt is smaller in size...my woman's shirt was a 1x, and the man's was a large. I don't see why that makes a difference, since my shirts are larger than his.
I will miss the heck out of Betsy. So sad that she is retiring and moving to Houston
