I forgot to pick up a costume for my daughter's competition, I called them at midnight and left a message, the manager called me back within 10 minutes and solved my problem, they actually had an employee open 1 hr earlier just to give us the costume, they really saved the day and we are so thankful, they went above and beyond to help us, what an awesome costumer service, thank you so much.
The staff at the Comet in Helotes are always pleasant and greet me by name. They also make wonderful displays for various occasions that makes coming in delightful! Not to mention that the service is timely!
All looked good except the dress shirts didn’t starch up great. I asked for heavy starch and they seemed like medium.
Comet is always a terrific value, high quality results and excellent customer service. Working with their pros, Mary, Irene and Evelyn is always positive and a bright spot in my day!

I haven’t had time to examine the clothes, however, the girl, Lorena, (name on my receipt) came out to my car to give them to me and took my card for payment because I had my grandson in the car seat. It was such a wonderful jester, to say the least!!! She was so helpful and made my pickup so easy!! Thank you so much for a great and helpful staff member!
The staff is very customer service oriented. Expectations are met as to when I drop my cleaning and when to expect it back.
The place is always clean and cheerful. Mary calls me by my name. I don't expect them to know my name since I know they have a lot of customers. Evelyn and Mary are wonderfully friendly and efficient. Its always a pleasure to chat with them briefly. Love the chocolates on the counter. Lol! When I go in the late afternoon to pick up my stuff, the folks there (I don't know their names) are similarly friendly and very respectful. Thank you for such great service and warmth!
