Mostly am pleased; however about a year ago I almost stopped taking my clothes there. One of my cotton silk blend blouses was damaged. The repair was awful—placed a seam where it shouldn’t be. I returned it and left message for manager to contact me. Til this day no contact. Every time I asked (in person for her) she was not available. Now I inspect my clothes carefully and count all my items—just in case. The front counter staff is. Least friendly—the management is who I am not pleased with. Always excellent service and great staff!
Always polite and courteous. Today I also saved and additional $2 because the representative took the time and noticed the in house discount was greater than my military discount. Again some may say only $2 I say thank you for taking the time with each customer.
