Everyone was very friendly and my winter coat looks great. The young lady that helped me when I dropped it off noticed it wasn’t ‘dry clean’ and mentioned it too me so I had the option to have it done like the manufacturer recommended. I thought that was really honest and I appreciated it.
The service at the counter was fantastic. The cleaning service was also great and quick.

Absolutely the best customer service, the I have experienced. A high level of care with each garment, and my clothes look great. An awesome experience that I would highly recommend.
I’m not coming much anymore because of the mask requirement. My thought is that if Comet’s decision makers can’t figure out that a virus is too small for the porosity the mask allows how can they decide how best to get.a difficult stain out of my skirt?
