I just need to start off by saying Linda and Jackie are AMAZING!! I took in my mom's wedding dress to be cleaned. Unfortunately I was pressed for time that I didn't end up leaving the dress. Linda was THE BEST at explaining every detail, to the smallest detail about what went on with cleaning the dress. She got on the phone right away to accommodate me.
