I’ve been looking to find a well reviewed cleaners and I decide to go to your place. Service was good and I like the text communication. But I’d like to report that when I was given a total amount by email, I thought that I could get a coupon discount. To my surprise the lady told me that the total amount I received by email, had an already applied discount… the email didn’t specified that so I was confused and felt I was scammed. I didn’t argue but I feel like not coming back. To me that was a big mistake.
