I have been going to Comet Cleaners for at least 12 years, mostly at the one in the Helotes area. The employees there were always friendly. After my recent move to Leon Valley, I started going to the one on Bandera Road and Bresnahan. Employees there were very efficient, but looked unhappy. Recommend smiling and a friendly greeting. It really makes a difference, and would even make them feel good!

Even though I had not requested they spotted my sweaters to remove stains which I really appreciated. My clothes were ready in a couple of days but they held them for me without complaints until I could pick them up. The employees were courteous and patient and they even helped me carry my clothes to my car. I highly recommend their service.

Only complaint is the shirt collars almost always wrinkled.

The representative who helped me is very nice . Goes above and beyond to make sure my laundry is done the way I like it plus he remembers me every time making me feel welcome.

Your counter staff is always friendly and efficient, both at dropping off items and at pickup. The quality of cleaning is great, laundered items starched and pressed to my request, dry cleaned items are pressed, have a crisp crease and never any of the smelly, old cleared fluid smell. I wouldn’t use any place else for my personal clothes and my law enforcement uniforms.

All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had my items done sooner than I had expected. The price was very good especially for the large items that needed cleaning. I will be using them again!
