Fast, courteous and efficient.
The service has always been terrific and I wish I could send more business your way but with working from home, I don’t need my sweats starched😊
The Counter person was pleasant and offered me first time discount which was awesome. She also welcomed me to the San Antonio region knowing I was from NYC... the prices were excellent in comparison to NYC, and the drive up no contact service was great in respect to COVID-19. I will be returning there until I go back to New York next in March 2021

Fast and nice
Everything was well. Courteous customer service. They also gave me a discount. Clothesline and linen were ready when they said it would be. Waited a a day or two to pick them up and wasn’t contacted to have to pick them up. Overall a good experience. Will recommend to anyone.
Due to working from home I have not had the need to use the services as often as I used to. I placed a call and in less that 1hrs my bag was picked up. Thank you for that!
I love that a text is sent to confirm if service is needed or not, I even got a follow up phone call to make sure. Pick-up and drop-off was easy and the clothes were returned nicely folded/bound and wrapped in plastic for added protection.
