Jessica is absolutely fantastic. She found a tear in one of my dresses and sent it to alterations to have it repaired. I had no idea it was there! She applied my coupon at checkout before I even had the chance to tell her. Although she was wearing a mask, I knew she was smiling--service with a smile. I love my Comet Cleaner!
I have reviewed similar via Google. I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned since the 90s though mostly in Illinois and Honolulu. I have had many dry cleaners. I'd say 20 or so. One thing that always was a pain point was starch. Many dry cleaners will tell you that you can only starch white shirts and this is simply not true.
