The clothes are always well done with attention to detail. For example, they check the clothes for spots and let you know if they can’t remove the spots without damaging the item. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And they have drive through service.
The front desk ladies really struggle with coupon usage and trying to do separate orders. For me it was a relatively simple order but because the lady could not do it correctly, I just had to make a second trip to drop off dry cleaning again in order to use the coupon. I think they just struggle with the cash register, but I appreciated that she was trying to be kind and help the customer.
Service is Always with a smile and a professional attitude. They do a great job at keeping uniforms looking Sharp. Thank you!

I'm not sure why I'm receiving this but I have a pick up almost every other week when my bag gets full. I appreciate what you all do and the convenience of the service. I did just recently have a shirt ruined on the cuffs by the iron, but those things are rare.
