Always a good experience but yesterday was fantastic. I was cutting ot close to a meeting time and dropped my clothes off in the morning but just missed the early pick up at 0830. I was flying out 0600 Wednesday morning so I would not have been able to get clothes in time. I have plenty of clothes but about 10 minutes later, the lady at the front called and said they were able to get them picked up for same day cleaning. Way to go the extra mile and help out. I am not happy about one of my dress shirts and the lack of finish. I also ask for heavy starch and this shirt was not even ironed. it is 100% cotton so I don't understand why there was no iron or starch on this shirt. The rest of the order was done correctly.
