I've only used your service once and was very impressed. The prices, convenient location and quality of service, military discount, and the ready for pick up email notifications are some of the things I've liked the most
Great job, reasonably priced, on time. Folding and packaging great. This was the first time I’ve used Comet, so I had to buy a bag. The bag I was given had a huge rip in it, but when I checked my receipt, I hadn’t been charged for it. I repaired the bag and will try to use this one. I will definitely continue to use Comet for my laundry.

I feel like the price on my work dresses is WAY too high!! May not be back because of this. I have about 10 pieces a week. And was looking forward to starting to use your location as it’s close to my house. But I’m reconsidering due to the prices.

Mindy, Thank you for your feedback. We try very hard to make sure we are as affordable as possible. For your dresses we do have coupons on our website, cometsatx.com, that you can print out or show on your phone, and we always have coupons on the back of HEB receipts for drycleaning.
The clothes were done correcty and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
