Rae always inspects the items we bring in. My husband had picked up an item that didn’t need to be cleaned and she saw this and did not send it to be cleaned. I appreciated that very much.
Point of contact is critical and your employee that normally is on duty is excellent, I use drive thru and she always knows my name, where to hang my clothes etc overall she is excellent
