6 years of great service, last experience the attendant just threw the items on the back seat instead of hanging them up. I got out and hung them up, she gave me a dirty look. Not sure I will be back.

On Tuesday, I took in 8 press only items. I also took in a skirt to be dry cleaned. Normally, my dry cleaning ticket is a separate ticket. For some reason, the attendant put everything on the same ticket. On Wednesday, when I picked up my clothes, I did not get the Tues/Thurs 25% discount on my skirt. The attendant insisted that I did receive the discount, which I did not. The reason I did not is because she put everything on one ticket. Very poor customer service. Will not be going back
The cleaners is OK but they put these small stickers on your clothing and it has ruined some of my husband's pants. He won't go back. When I mentioned this to them, they said I was the only person that had ever complained about it and that was it.
