Garments were completed exactly as specified. They were also timely. Best of all was the young woman who took the cleaning and instructions and then gave them to us on pickup. She was sweet, pleasant and I was pleased to see she could bring her baby to work with her.
My clothes were as I wanted them. Very efficient.
Took a dress in to remove the stain and they did not do that but still charged me. Understand the labor and I know it was a tough stain. Probably not their fault. Otherwise very happy with comet cleaner
I was told one amount and charged another amount. Very expensive too!
Everything was good except the dress shirt had some lint and some long hairs on it.
Courteous, professional service, always with a smile!
Business response:
Hi, Michelle. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
Over priced. $7 for shirts...Will not recommend to anyone.
I have requested to be removed from your spam emails multiple times and have still received emails after only using your store once. There is no “unsubscribe” option in your email… I have sent multiple requests to be removed and still get your marketing. Very annoying.
Your prices are way too expensive. I only had three shirts and it was over $21. I'm sorry to say I'm not returning to your dry cleaning facilities for any of my laundry needs.
