Clothes not returned to Youngsville I had to drive to the pinhook location to pick up my clothes. 3 out of the 5 pairs of paints hung on hangers incorrectly causing wrinkles. Lady at Pinhook location said bring paints back and she would redo them.
Had to come home and repress the shirt sleeves. I may have to find some place else. This was not the first time. Very disappointed !!!
I was charged 32.00 for 4 dresses. Press only. Outrages! I will use my iron next time.
After my 5 trips for 2 drape panels, I finally was able to take them home perfectly done I dropped off & was told ready next day but different lication because closing in couple days. They were not ready next day when I called & I was told that I had been given wrong info. After several more days, I called to check on status & told yes ready. I paid and picked up & went home to find ironed in going across drapes “creases” 12 inches apart from top to bottom! I brought back & showed & they said they would redo & remove crease... read more
Sometimes the clothes is pressed well, other times not so much. Last time not good at all.
