When I dropped off my dry cleaning, I told the attendant that I wanted my items starched. The chef hat - heavy starch and my jacket medium. When I arrived to pick them up, they had not been starched at all. I left them again to get starched. I told her that the hat has to stand up by itself. I am not all pleased that it was not done correctly in the first place. I will be picking them up on Monday, and if not starched correctly, I want my money back. The Giant Omelette is next weekend. I am now running out of time.
One shirt sleeves were no pressed correctly. Staff is not friendly.
This location never wants to provide you with a itemized ticket to prove what and how many items were left. Have to ask EVERY time and employee doesn't seem happy you asked.
Uniform men pants were pressed flat and no crease center front and back. Very disappointing
You have a new employee that does not seem well-suited for the position. She attempts to be nice, but is not able to completely control her demeanor.
I brought 4 blazers 3 to press 1 to dry clean and 4 of them totally wrinkled .. and it has happened to me before!! Disappointing really just get tired of taking the clothes back
Clothes were not ready at promised time and sleeves of the shirts were not ironed.
My blouses were not pressed. I was charged for dresses but the articles were blouses. Very poor results.
