You have seen the last of me and family. I understand color's bleeding but this was the 9th time the Santa suit was cleaned and Never bled. Once was with your company 2 years ago. This time there was just no care taken. GOOD BYE!!!!! Plenty other choices out there. I have begun speaking to others about Comet Cleaners.
My shirts were pressed in such a way that a crease runs from top to the third button. All the shirts for this drop off are this way. Makes for an unprofessional appearance.
Your work is normally superb; this time not so much. Yellow (from my dirty neck) was not gone and the collar was not pressed smoothly. I sent a picture to your text. Thanks for being concerned!
This is the third time we use your services and was highly dissatisfied with our garments!! Our clothes didn’t even look pressed and we’re still horridly wrinkled making us late for our event because we had to re-press our clothes ourselves!! This really was not at all the service we were expecting! Sorry, we will not be using your laundry services anymore and unfortunately we will not be referring your facility.

I didnt receive any text that my clothes were cleaned 3 days after I dropped them off so went to the Pinhook location to inquire about it. The lady could only find part of what I had dropped off. Turned out that the rest of my clothes were at another location in Youngsville. I was very patient, but neither employees at both locations apologized for the inconvenience that was caused to me. An apology goes a long way in business no matter whose fault it was.
I didn’t appreciate the young girl coming to my car telling me to move when I was texting my employees at work concerning an issue. I was in the parking spot for approximately 3 minutes handling an issue and she came tapping on my window telling me to move and being rude. I told her I was coming to get my clothes. There was no one in the parking lot and it was near closing time. I was shocked. I’m like I can’t park in the spot and I’m coming in to get my clothes.
