Advertisement says 24 hour service & I was supposed to receive a text when clothes were ready. I dropped off at opening & was told clothes would be ready in 2-3 days. I never received a text so I went 2 days later & retrieved. I didn’t check the clothes as they were bagged, but once we did we were very disappointed. There was a crease down the front of the shirt & the armpits were very wrinkly showing they weren’t touched at all. We selected medium starch, but what actually was starched obviously done heavy. Very friendly, polite, and helpful!
Lured me in with false advertising e-mails saying 25% discount. But the fine line states only on dry cleaning, they charge very high prices to launder shirts. I cannot recommend this organization to anyone.
Shirts were poorly pressed, collars were terrible !
