I have been coming here for 5 years for convenience. And a good job. Last time I picked up my $75.00 worth for that week, my pants were shrunk. Same brand and size as the others. Have yet to talk to a manager about the situation. The sweet girls at the front keep having to hear about it. I dropped off another pair this weekend if they are messed up, I will drive across town to another cleaners. . It’s a shame.

First the prices have gone up dramatically in the last year. Second I was told I would receive a 30% discount and never did. Then the manager was supposed to call me the next day about not receiving it and I never received a call. I will stick to the high end cleaners that now have the same price.

I dropped off my blankets on a Saturday afternoon and was given a yellow ticket that stated to pick up my blankets in a week and a half. The person at the register said to come back in 3-4 days and that it wouldn’t take a week and a half. I did that and my blankets weren’t ready. I asked how long orders take and she stated 3 days. I told her it had been three days and that i was instructed to come in to pick them up. She apologized and said that blankets actually take a week. So I went in on a Friday morning around 11 and told them I needed my clothes by 4 the next day because I had to work they said it’ll be ready by then well when I went in to pick it up at 3 the next day they didn’t have it ready and it wouldn’t be ready until after 4. I was pissed because I was late to work! One thing I can’t stand is when someone lies to get your business!!
