I always have great experiences at Comet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion would be make better use of the 70 inch TV above the counter. Having only Comet Advertisments on it makes no sense. Your signage is on the outside. If I walk in and the news or something else is on I would be more entertained and put at ease. Looking at ads is overkill you already have our business now use it to keep us by being creative.

Had come to pickup order at 6pm and was told the truck had not gotten there yet? Had to come back 45 minutes later to pick up my order and was told”sometimes this happens” and if it happens again I will find another service to give my money to, thanks for the offer to explain my experience...Not Good!
You lost a pair of pants from a custom suit over a year ago and still no resolution or follow up. I gave up. I don’t have time for bad customer service. I choose to take my business elsewhere. This survey is the first communication we have had in over a year.
After 3rd drop off finally got 2 buttons sewed on—-I even brought in the buttons. Long &!drawn out over 1 month during which I found new cleaner
