No! I was told my items for Labor Day weekend would be ready Thursday-Friday at the latest. Friday, the website said it was still bagging the item…but no information because no one answered the phone on Friday. Tuesday they say it should shuttle in this afternoon. I asked for a partial refund, they offered me $2.50 for 3 items on a $46 ticket. No thanks. Seriously $2.50 doesn’t even cover the cost of gas to drive back. Not happy but hey, some dry cleaner will be happy with my business.
This is a public service announcement: I had Bill drop off his suit and 8 6 foot tablecloths at this clothesline cleaners in Meridian. It was $29 to clean the suit and tie. However, they charged almost $300 total and that was after a senior discount. Maybe they should have mentioned that they overcharge to wash and press tablecloths. They charged more to wash and press by double, what I paid for the tablecloths when I purchased them. ***this is my Mother’s experience
I took a wedding dress in to be cleaned and boxed. When I dropped it off they told me I needed to pay a deposit, so I did.When I picked it up the cost was $345 dollars!!!!!!! what!!! are they kidding. I would have never dropped it off if I would have known the price!!!!!! that is ridiculous. I will never be back.
I took a blouse out of the cover to wear to my father in laws funeral and it was splattered with bleach stains. A few days after taking the shirt back the manager Chris called to get additional details concerning that. I was pretty much told that I made up the story and they hadn't performed any services on the blouse. I won't be back!
I've been coming here often to the Meridian location. After being a loyal customer for years I was put on the back burner and after an entire week, a military jacket that needed ONE button replaced was not completed in a timely manner. With excuses all over the place. I will not be returning after I do get my garments back.
This was my third trip in 3 years. I take my duvets in to be cleaned, starched and pressed. The first two times I was very happy. This time not so much. When I went in to drop off my household goods the woman touched my items with a terrible look on her face. I felt I had to explain what the items were right away. I told her I wanted them starched. Misplaced item and a lack of responsiveness. Item found but not impressed with the outcome of situation. Don't seem to concerned about loosing a customer.
