Ive had one alteration and one repair done -- both professionally done. I also had one quilt cleaned so I could give it to a family member -- never opened the container.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have had at a business since being in Boise, and I have had a few bad experiences! I dropped of two dresses that I wanted altered however, I decided to get them dry cleaned as well, since I would be wearing them to my brother’s wedding. I dropped them off in early July and I told them they must be ready before I left for Maui on July 27. I wasn’t able to download their app and of course they never contacted me.
