Item in question, (1 pair of casual dress slacks). Foriegn material all over, front and back, previous cleaner name not mentioned did a terrible job, and Classiss Cleaners manager on College advised me that north store specialize in spot removal on items. Received item back after 3-4 weeks contemplating if pants not wearable in future, to my surprise pants front and back was cleaned new like brand new.
