I am very grateful to Crystal and the team for getting my mom's comforters cleaned quickly. I moved her into an assisted living setting and wanted to make sure her new place was a similar as possible to her original place so she was not confused. Thanks for helping me accomplish this goal!
I was told that my comforters would be ready at 5:30 on Wednesday. When I went in on Wednesday I was told that my comforters would not be ready until Thursday. I check my slip and it also stated Wednesday.
Love the service and fast turnaround time for getting clothes back. Clothes always look great. Had one issue that was fixed promptly and because their follow up and customer service is so amazing they have my clothes for life! Recmmed to anyone who loves, great service, quality and excellent customer service.
Our clothes are always clean and pressed. I appreciate the email notifications when the clothes are ready for pick up.
