Firstly, I love the staff at my location. Cecelia, Tammie and Mike. They have tried their best in resolving this. Issue is folding of French cuff. This falls on the central location where actually services are rendered. I don’t care if I am being charged extra and I still don’t get the service requested. For the last one year, every time I get my shirts, the cuffs are left open and not folded. This is obviously not an unusual service, but somehow CC cannot get this service corrected. Had wool vest and down gloves dry cleaned. Appreciate you being a “green” dry cleaner and clothing not smelling like dry cleaning fluid. Why do you automatically charge the cleaning to a customer’s credit card on file?
Shirt was not ready on Friday as originally told. Had to come back on Monday to pick it up.
The charges for shorts was more expensive then for a pair of slacks. You are convent but way over priced.
I did not ask some of my stuff to be dry cleaned & pressed, I just asked all of them to be washed, dried and folded. You guys decided by yourselves not asking me, what to dry clean and then charged me fo it. I won’t be coming back.
I had my suit cleaned for a job interview. You guys sewed on a button but apparently did not do it right as the button fell off during the interview and I lost it. I now have another interview tomorrow and don't have any buttons that match
Horrible customer service, the manager was very rude and unfriendly and was eating food while I was trying to ask questions.
Every thing was done to my satisfaction. The leather jacket was really dirty they did a wonderful job.
Everything looks great and they were fast!
