The sleeve of my best white dress shirt came back with a spot stain that was not previously there. First time I’ve had this type of issue before but still very disappointing.

Attempted to drop off one shirt this afternoon. The front desk person was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. A number of customers (4) waited as I did. When she finally got off the phone was so rude. Would not check in my one piece but told me, rather rudely) I had to use the kiosk. Which I was never asked to do before. Service was rude and I will not be back.

I specifically came to your store on Wednesday this past week to make sure that my shirts were all folded for my trip out of town. Showed up on Friday afternoon this was not done not happy

Too expensive. Nine dollars to dry clean a pair of pants?
Prices are outrageous. They charged me $9.40 to dry clean a shirt which I didn’t want cleaned in the first place. There’s a bit of a bait and switch going on here. Verify prices before you leave, because you may be unpleasantly surprised with the costs when you come back to pick it up.
