I have been doing business with your establishment for years, I have never complained and never even taken in a coupon. I have paid your prices and spend approx $4000-$5000 per year. We have one item ruined that turned out to be a $350 hoodie of my sons. They kept trying to fix the problem and kept making it worse. I didn't have to wait very long to receive my items, the store was clean and well organized, and the cashier was very friendly.

We've been dealing with this store for years. We have moved so this is not as close as it was....but it's still where I will always go. There is NEVER an issue........

Had a coat cleaned that had grease stains from a pizza on the left sleeve and front. Most spots were removed but one spot was missed.

The lady that met me when I came in for the first time was short with me and I was very impatient. I think her name tag said Her name was Danielle and that she was the manager. I was surprised at her impatience because my daughter has gone there for years and said she really liked the manager. My daughter told me that the manager she liked had retired.
Happy with the finished product and the customer service is excellent..
