Prompt courteous and great work
We are new customers: Edie at the Hazel Dell/Main Street branch in Carmel is fantastic. She is very friendly and helpful. I have not picked up our order yet, but plan to do so after church in the morning using the after-hours service. That is a great feature for us!
I came in on Monday to get a pair of pants hemmed for an event on Saturday. I was extremely happy to find out that there is no expediting fee for alteration work, and was very happy not to be made to feel stupid for my alteration needs, which I have felt at other alteration locations around Carmel.
I greatly appreciate Classic Cleaners warm welcome and exceeding my expectations by completing a "rush order" without complaining and sending their regards for us to attend a funeral.

Great Service - up beat staff
The people were very friendly and my shirts look good. The concern I had was that I requested that my shirts be folded as that is best for my travel and the shirts were on hangers. I thought it might have been my fault for not requesting folded when I dropped off. I looked at the recept when I got home and it said folded.
The customer Service lady was very nice, helpful and friendly.
