The bedspread looks clean and smells fresh. I don’t think it shrank in size. However, the material is quite wrinkled. The cotton fabric is the type that needs some ironing to look good. I probably won’t try to have it cleaned again. I am disappointed.
She was wonderful! She noticed flaws and took great care to note these things on the computer! Love her attitude and smile (didn’t get her name)!
