Friendly greeting when I came into the store both times. I was in no rush but it was ready the next day. Nice to have a neighborhood cleaners!
Store manager was very nice and professional. I was impressed with the email letting me know my order was ready for pick up.
Keep your personell. i was impressed with the friendly and helpful person at the counter. I got help taking large load to my car. She informed me of the possible cost so I had no surprises.

Will be bringing in 2 pairs of shoes to be fixed. My Dad was a cobbler in Italy and I've only found one at Castleton Mall but they are not open every day and they don't have their hours listed.
