One of the three gowns cleaned had a rhinestone belt. The belt was broken when returned.
Absolutely terrible smell to the dry cleaned items (pants). Not just once, but time after time, even after it was brought it to their attention. Did not offer explanation. If you care how your clothes smell go somewhere else.
Brought in a white coat that had muddy water stains. The coat was cleaned and looks great !
On Wednesday, at 4pm, gave pants to be cleaned to sales clerk, asking for service by the next day. After laboriously registering me as a customer, he told me the pants would be available on Friday. I told him I needed the pants Thursday. He said Ok. I said Ok. About 5pm he called back and said the pants would not be available till Friday. He agreed in this call to have the pants available till around noon on Friday. We will see. Lol
My first experience with classic cleaners was not a good one. My comforter was snagged all over, and this is a $100 comforter. It's been 3 days since I've returned it and I'm still waiting to see how I will be compensated for this mishap.
Prompt service.i received my cleaned items faster than I expected. Very friendly personnel. And I left with a $5 coupon for next time!

I took my daughter's wedding dress in to be cleaned only, not to be preserved. She had an outdoor wedding & reception and needless to say the bottom of the dress was filthy!!! We didn't have much expectation of it being completely clean but Classic Cleaners worked their magic! A bonus was the way the hung the dress with a bust form and attached the train of the dress on a hanger so it didn't just "lay" in the bag. We can't thank you enough!!! We highly recommend Classic Cleaners.
