I am, unfortunately, very unhappy with my first experience at your location. I brought in a purse for repair and was told they would call me to give me a price before fixing it. I waited over a week and no one ever called. I followed up twice, and both times I was told they would call me back with a status, and no one ever did either time. On the 3rd follow up, they told me the price and that it would be ready the next day. I brought a tie in for cleaning. It had several small stains which were marked by the associate who helped me. I went in yesterday to pick up the tie and none of the stains had been removed. The associate said they would resend the tie back in for another cleaning at no charge but I would have liked the associates to have taken the initiative to check the cleanliness before initially returning to me.
