I brought a pair of $95 Birkensticks in to be resolved. My mistake--I never asked how much it would cost. I went to pick them up and the manager told me it would be $70.00!!! I thought she was TOTALLY joking! I paid. I left. And then I returned with the shoes--glue was visible all around the new sole. Now I wait four more days, and make the trip back to Classic Cleaners to pick them up. 😳😳 NEVER AGAIN! Not for shoe repair, not for clothes cleaning. Sorry.
Triple the price of anyone else is a 1/3 of your price. Outrageous $60 for 5 shirts & 1 pants. Will drive anywhere else that's a lot further than go close by to your place.
I asked the clerk if I should take my collar stays out because they were a specific size that's hard to find, she informed me no that she would set them aside. She did not do this, then when I asked about them again she said "no we don't have them" and didn't offer an apology let alone a credit and none of the free ones fit the shirt. Collar stays cost money, but they aren't expensive, I was more upset that someone gave me their word and didn't follow through - but then didn't even apologize or try to make it right.
