Had to send back my slacks for a re-do.
Price was to high -- advertisement on window had price for Tuesday's only. It would have been customer focused if the person at the desk told the customer the price for cleaning when garmet was turned into be cleaned. I will never go to this cleaners ever again
I was told that my jumper would be looked over for spots and stains and I would be contacted (This did not happen). I was contacted ONLY to be told my jumper had not gone out on time and would be arriving later than the rest of my garments. When I arrived to pickup my items up I was not informed that there were still stains in my jumper. When I realized it I had already arrived at home. Your laundering services were much too expensive. Our company was charged more to launder an apron than it would have cost to purchase a new one! So disappointing.

Great customer service and up front and honest information when I asked questions about the process of having my coat cleaned.
Friendly place. Very professional. Over priced, however. I'm only in town for a week, but I would find another dry cleaner if I was still in town. Also, 2 of my shirts were "dry cleaned" instead of "laundered" because of the tag in the shirt. This has never happened to me before - I was told when I picked up the shirt. These shirts have been "laundered" at least 10-20 times before. Just frustrating because I would have definitely signed the waiver to let you launder them. Very friendly service, inspected my jackets and informed me of the concerns she had with the faux leather detail (only on a belt loop), so very thorough. And kept me informed on the time frame when she expected everything to be complete
