Cost was much higher than expected and was not advised! Likely will NOT use this location again!
I had requested 8 shirts to be laundered. Price in window; $2.89 per shirt. Expecting a bill of $2.89 x 8 = $ 23.12 + tax. I was stunned to be presented a bill: $49.00 ! Clerk explained extra care needed for 2 shirts with fabric requiring cleaning. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS when I took shirts in. Had I been given courtesy of full information, I would have elected option of launder only, no special cleaning. See my letter to Classic Cleaners customer service. Yes...
