Excellent service! I was researching a cleaner that would be able to carefully clean an expensive prom dress with intricate bead work. They were able to get out water stains on the satin fabric and the dress now looks like new-all without any damage to the material or bead work. Very impressed with the time, knowledge, and care of my product. They know their stuff and was very good at communicating with me along the way when extra steps needed taken to remove the stain.
