I was greeted politely by clerk. She got my clothes promptly, and made sure I had 2 Classic Cleaner bags for future use (I had brought my latest load in a generic bag). She pointed out a coupon that came on my receipt, and offered to help me take my cleaned load to the car. Very nice experience.
