Always pleasant experience. The clerks are friendly and call me by my name and not "honey" or "sweetie".. which I would consider disrespectful! Your company does wonderful job on garments and we are pleased all the way around!
I am a frequent customer of your Hartville branch. They have called me twice this month after sending out the email notification for pickup to tell me that they were concerned with an item in the order and it would be delayed. I call that great quality control and customer service. Also, all the staff is awesome and the addition of Willow is no exception!
