People are so polite if I call with a question @ the Hartville Office
The cashier there that morning was extremely chipper. You could tell she enjoyed her job. Was very knowledgable with whatever questions I had.
New to the area (NorthsideLofts). Had similar service in Detroit. Very happy with the service from City Cleaners. When I have dropped off at store (on Market Akron), the girls are a total trip! High energy and willing to engage in conversation...they make it fun to do business! Big fan! Most of my business is pick up and return within 2 days. Perfect for my lifestyle. A tad expensive compared with Detroit prices but service so far is exceptional!
My husband and I are very pleased with City Cleaners' service. We have pick-up and delivery twice a week, and the clothes come back cleaned, pressed and well-cared for, much to our satisfaction. The customer service is responsive when needed. I especially appreciate the way that City cleans and presses our linens--special tablecloths, napkins and runners. We have recommended City Cleaners to others since we have used them for the last 5+ years since moving over to this side of town.
New to the area and felt very welcomed on my first visit. Your staff was very nice. I had a welcome coupon that was taken and your associate answered my questions. Thank you very much. I look forward to using City Cleaners for all my dry cleaning and rug cleaning.
