My first experience with City Cleaners was a great one. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and they did a great job on my garments. I will definitely be coming back again.
Awesome service, always a pleasant experience at the Green location. Emma and her staff are a 5 star team. These folks truly provide legendary service. When getting less than appropriate service, I think of your staff and think they would not accept working at the lowered standards. The Green Team is the hold standard for quality service. As I have posted before, this staff is reflective of a great management team. They make management shine.
The two young ladies working the window is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They make it a pleasure during business with your cleaners.
My last order with my pants were perfect, I was proud to go to work. I pray the same person does them again 😊
A very pleasant and upbeat customer service rep. I brought in a rug to be cleaned and she informed me of the change in companies and was helpful in trying to figure out new pricing since my old quote. Said if I preffered to have them give me a quote once the looked at it before cleaning that was a possibility. I was happy to hear of the special on area rugs as the last quote I got I thought was rather steep. I appreciated all the help.Hoping for the same results with the rug!
