I had the pleasure of visiting the Hartville location to drop off a shirt for cleaning. In this day and age of poor and unattentive service I was blown away by Willow. Friendly, outgoing and someone that leaves an incredible impression right off the start. If I owned a retail store of any kind, I would have hired on the spot. I don't, so City cleaners gets to keep her. I can only hope that the shirt comes back clean. I am sure it will. Great customer service.
