Drop off was a breeze. Very nice customer service. Anticipating another good experience when I pick up my laundry.
My first experience at City Cleaners was outstanding. When I dropped off my suit jacket for same day service to get pressed only I was greeted by a very professional and personable staff member. She was extremely polite and thorough. I did receive my jacket back within the time window I asked for. I could not be happier with the service. Bravo!
We have been using City Cleaners for 4 years or more and they have always done a great job and kept to a good schedule. We haven't ever had a problem.
